Do you play an instrument or sing? Are you looking for fun and relaxing opportunities to perform chamber music? Look no further than the Plan II Chamber Music Society! Members form into small chamber groups of like-minded, compatible students. No pressure. No big time commitments. Just a chance to practice some repertoire and perform for fun and/or community service.
In addition to making music, we offer members discounted and sometimes free tickets to concerts (Yo-Yo Ma, Emanuel Ax, Miró Quartet, Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, Itzhak Perlman, and others) and arrange masterclasses and coaching sessions with UT Butler School of Music faculty or students.

First Spring meeting and Social~ Disney Movie Night
Our Spring General meeting will be on Sunday February 12 in The Q (in the Honors Quad) from 6pm to 8pm. We'll briefly go over some new information and changes about Plan II Music Society (the name has changed!) and then we'll be having a Disney Movie Night! Get Excited! FREE PIZZA will also be served. Please invite you friends, you don't need to be in Plan II to join. Hope to see you there~

Sign Up for the Fall 2011 Concert Now Available
The sign up sheet for the Fall 2011 Concert is now up online. Click on "Concerts" at the top to access the form! The recital will be December 3 in Jessen Hall at 3:00 pm. Sign up for your spot to play today! The form will close November 30th. Hope to see everyone there!
Pancake and Sight Reading Party - Saturday September 24, 2011
P2CMS would like to invite you to our Pancake and Sight Reading Social on Saturday September 24th at 11am in Carothers Lounge. Relax, find a piece to play for the yearly recital, meet fellow members, form groups, and most importantly enjoy pancakes cooked by your officers! Please bring your instrument and a music stand. We'll provide the music. There will be a part for everyone :)
